Apple earlier this month made an incremental speed bump to their line of MacBook Pro laptops. While only a small bump in terms of CPU and Hard drive size across the range, the MacBook Pro 15 and 17’s also received an upgraded Graphic Card offering greater performance (especially for you Graphic heads out there) for the same dollar.

All the models are available now.

Apple recently moved up to #4 on Greenpeace’s annual ranking of electronic manufacturers by environmental criteria. As seen on
Guide to Greener Electronics on Greenpeace’s website. Apple should continue to move up this list in the future if the rumoured current development of a solar farm turns out to be true.

Tip of the Month

Using Keychain for personal information.

Outside of Keychains first use of remembering your logins for websites and mail, wireless internet passwords and even address details, there are some more specific uses that are great for safe storage of personal information.
